1. Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your third-party login credentials. TexBazar is not liable for any unauthorized access.

2. Data Sharing: We access basic information (e.g., name, email) from these services. Your data is subject to both TexBazar’s and the third party’s privacy policies.

3. Account Management: You can unlink third-party logins anytime, but you’ll need to create a TexBazar-specific password to continue.

4. Liability: TexBazar isn’t responsible for issues arising from compromised third-party accounts.

Subscription Services
To access certain features on TexBazar, users must subscribe to one of our subscription plans. These services provide access to:

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
TexBazar serves as a platform for connecting buyers and sellers but does not participate in transactions. Buyers and sellers bear the following responsibilities:

•  Transaction Terms: All negotiations, payments, delivery terms, and disputes must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.
•  Product Quality: Buyers are responsible for verifying product quality before purchasing, and sellers are responsible for delivering products as described.

TexBazar is not liable for any issues arising from buyer-seller interactions, including but not limited to payment disputes, product defects, or shipping delays.

User Conduct
Users of TexBazar must comply with the following conduct guidelines:

•  Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activities that occur under your account.
•  Prohibited Use: The platform may not be used for fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or any illegal practices. Users are prohibited from submitting false information or infringing on others’ intellectual property rights.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account without notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
